Moldy Basement in Vevay, IN

This moldy basement in an office building in Vevay, IN was a result of a long term water heater leak.  *Mold and fungal spores occur naturally outdoors, where fungi are the earth's most important recyclers. Indoors, mold needs moisture to grow; it becomes a problem only where there is water damage, elevated and prolonged humidity, or dampness.  SERVPRO performed dry ice blasting to remove the mold.  Once the call came in SERVPRO moved fast to mitigate this mold problem to make sure the building was safe for all the employees.  SERVPRO also performed a duct cleaning and deep office cleaning to make sure we eliminated the mold from all areas of the building.
